A 78-year-old man lured a 5-year-old boy into his New Jersey apartment and sexually assaulted him, authorities said.
Arnold Allan Capalbo, of West Milford, was arrested Friday, Sept. 25, following an investigation by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and West Milford Police Chief Shannon Sommerville said.
