Former Football Player Dies Following Heat Stroke During Navy SEAL Prep A former football player remembered as a campus leader has died after a training emergency left his family holding onto hope for two weeks. Austin Stallman, 21, a Texas A&M University senior and son of Brazoria County Sheriff Bo Stallman, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, after suffering heat stroke in College Station, Texas, according to the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office.
